There's an English expression, One person's trash is another person's treasure. What does this saying mean? It means that one person may consider an item to be worthless or junk, while another person may consider that same item to be valuable.
有一句英语谚语“一个人的垃圾是另一个人的宝贝。”这句话是什么意思呢？它是说一个人认为没有价值甚至是垃圾的东西，另外一个人却可能视若珍宝。

In many countries, such as the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Australia, flea markets and garage sales are very popular on weekends. A flea market is an open-air street market that sells inexpensive or used articles. A garage sale normally takes place in the garage or on the lawn of the seller's house. At a garage sale, you can bargain for used personal or household items.
在很多国家，例如美国、加拿大、英国和澳大利亚，周末的跳蚤市场和宅前旧货出售非常流行。跳蚤市场是室外买卖价格便宜或者二手物品的地方；宅前旧货出售一般在车库或者出售人门前的草坪上进行。在宅前旧货出售中购买二手家用物品或者个人用品，你可以讨价还价。
