1. Form a group of 4 classmates.

2. Work together to draw a map of your school.

3. The class holds a treasure hunt. Each group is assigned a section of the school. The group
   chooses an accessible location in that section of the school in which to place an item (treasure) of its choice.

4. Then the group writes out the directions to get to the treasure, and exchanges directions with another group.

5. Follow the directions and draw the route with arrows on your map.

6. Find the treasure!
