Class Work
  1. The teacher chooses one student to be "Bill" (the grandson) or "Jane"(the granddaughter). He /She writes the name and grandson or granddaughter on a sticker for the student to wear.
    老师选择一名同学扮演Bill(孙子)或者Jane(孙女)的角色,然后在标签上写好名字和称呼(孙子、孙女),请该同学戴好标签。
  2. The class writes the words for family relationships — grandfather, grandmother, father (son of the grandparents), mother, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, cousin, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandson, granddaughter — on large cards. The teacher collects and mixes up the cards.



其他同学在大卡片上写上家庭成员的关系:爷爷、奶奶、爸爸(祖父母的儿子)、妈妈、哥哥、姐姐、姑姑、叔叔、表兄弟姐妹、姐夫、嫂子、孙子、孙女等。老师收集卡片,并打乱顺序。
  1. Except for "Bill" or "Jane", each classmate chooses a card. (Classmates without a card can play in the second round.)
    除了Bill 或者Jane,每个同学选择一张卡片。(没有卡片的同学,在第二轮游戏中参加。)
  2. Classmates organize themselves into a "live family tree".
    同学们按照家谱顺序自行安排位置。
  3. "Bill" or "Jane" introduces his/her family members to the class. Family members then introduce themselves in relation to "Bill" or "Jane".
    Bill或者Jane把家庭成员介绍给全班同学。然后每个家庭成员分别介绍他们和Bill或者Jane的关系。
  4. For a challenge, different family members say how they are related to each other.
    为了增加挑战,不同家庭成员描述他们之间的关系。
