Make your own Exercise Diary. Discuss how you plan to get fit to a partner. Then every time you exercise, write down the date, what kind of exercise you did, how long you did the exercise, and how you felt after your workout. After a week or two, share your Exercise Diary with your partner. See how your fitness improves!

A national sport (or pastime) is a sport or game that is highly important to a country and its cultural identity. A majority of the people in the country know the rules of the national sport, and many people in the country play or watch it. The sport usually has a long history of being popular in the country. For example, football (called soccer in North America) is the national sport of many countries in Europe, such as France and Italy. Some countries have more than one national sport because there may be different sports that are traditionally or currently popular.
民族运动是对一个国家及其文化特性具有重要意义的一种体育运动或比赛。这个国家中的大多数人都知道该项运动的规则,并且有很多人参与或观看这种运动。通常这项运动在该国受到人们欢迎有很长的历史。比如,足球(在北美被称为英式足球)在欧洲很多国家都是一项民族运动,如法国和意大利。有些国家的民族运动不止一种,过去和现在几种不同的运动项目同时受到人们的欢迎。
