  • Aerobic exercise is good for your heart and lungs. Aerobic exercise strengthens these organs. Some examples of aerobic exercise are jogging, cycling, and swimming.
    “有氧运动”对你的心脏和肺有好处,能够增强这些器官的功能。常见的“有氧运动”有慢跑、骑自行车和游泳。
  • Anaerobic exercise is good for your muscles. Anaerobic exercise increases muscle size, endurance, and strength. Weightlifting and golf are examples of anaerobic exercise.
